Refund Policy

At Eduwings Foundation, every donation contributes directly towards supporting food and education initiatives for underprivileged children. Donation Refunds Donations made to Eduwings Foundation are non-refundable, except in cases of: Technical error causing duplicate transactions. Wrong amount entered due to transaction error. Refund Request Process Send an email to [insert email] within 7 working days of the donation. Include transaction ID, donor name, and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 working days. Event/Program Contributions Contributions towards specific campaigns/events are also treated as donations and are generally non-refundable.
